A: Your personal activation code will have been posted or faxed to you after you registered. You are required to enter this code when you log in to the website for the first time.

Q: My password is not recognised. What do I do?
A: Click Forgotten Password and you will be taken through a process to gain a new password.

Q: My username is not recognised. What do I do?
A: Ensure there are no spaces in the username you are entering. If you can't remember your username, you will have to go through the registration process again.
